Anne Farnault is a Licensed and insured NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Practitioner. LIC#26857857
Born and raised in Paris, France, Anne has lived in various parts of the world from England, the French West Indies, New York, Los Angeles, Oregon and she now resides in Miami, FL.
In 2007, Anne was introduced to Yoga. It immediately resonated with her on a physical level and after only a few classes it evolved into a strong and deep spiritual connection. She connected with the Peace and Joy that brought her back to the mat over and over again. Asana and Meditation became a constant source of regeneration and personal growth over the years and her practice has become an integral part of her life.
When Anne arrived to Los Angeles, Her first class was at Bhakti Yoga Shala in Santa Monica. Her love for Yoga enhanced her passion for the Yoga philosophy with an open heart. It became clear to her that she had to explore it on a deeper level. So she went on to study Ayurveda “Yoga’s Sister Science”.
Ayurveda is a word in the Sanskrit language of India that literally translates to “The Science of Life”. Ayurveda recognizes that each person is made up of a unique body type and a unique psychological personality. Ayurveda respects the individuality of each person.
Anne believes the integration of the traditional forms of Ayurveda and Yoga to be the most powerful tool to attain wellbeing, awareness and self-healing.
Anne’s Ayurveda Yoga Classes are integral in Nature.
Her focus is on Detoxification of the Mind and Body through Ayurveda, Asana and Pranayama as tools to clear away any blockages in the Nadis (Energy channels). Her love for Yoga is at the heart of her practice and Focus.
Her goal is to encourage students to listen to their bodies through the cultivation of acceptance and love in each and every moment. She feels that this approach allows one’s-self the understanding and desire to learn the traditions of Yoga and Ayurveda.
